New Center Stamping utilizes a gantry system to perform pre-and post-hem welds, which can facilitate one-piece flow manufacturing processes along with our hemming capability. Our welding department employs advanced technology that includes:

  • Automated one-piece flow welding and assembly cell.
  • Robotic Welding Cells maximize speed, uptime, output, and accuracy, particularly for large or challenging welds.
  • 9 Manual weld cells with pedestal and fixture mounts.
  • Aluminum & Steel Weld Capabilities with Alumi-Tox lock & riveting.
